Document III
Drawing on
his little known pre-war career as a stand-up comedian, Hitler tried
desperately to convince the British people of his veracity.
Some of the people who handled this leaflet actually managed to
book Hitler to appear in their local town hall before the authorities twigged
what was going on. An exasperated Winston Churchill, midst-vindaloo severely
berated those who cancelled the booking as, not only could the war have been
ended very quickly with Hitler's capture, but Churchill also had a life-long
interest in comedy and was interested to hear the little dictator's famous
"Mother-in-law" routine. Mention of this routine has prompted speculation
that Hitler had in fact married Eva Braun some years previous to his apparent
suicide at the end of the war, and not the day before his death as suggested by
those in the Bunker.
Despite Hitler's failure to keep his books open to appear in
England, many foreign nations other than Britain did allow Adolf to appear
before their people. On many occasions however, Hitler was unavailable and people
are still spectacularly unaware that, at the time of their particular
performance, he was in fact away in Berlin plotting the downfall of yet another
puny country. This amazing deception was achieved with the use of cardboard
cut-outs on the stage in place of the Fuhrer. The fact that Hitler did not
apparently move a muscle in such a three-hour performance resulted in some rave
reviews from modern arthouse-style magazines that praised his artistic approach
to improvisational comedy.
You will note that this poster has apparently been prepared by "Third Reich Theatrical Productions". This dodgy outfit was an offshoot of the Propaganda Ministry run directly by Hitler and Josef Goebbels.
